- Ingredients :


2 cups strawberries, peeled and sliced

2 cups watermelon cubes

2 cups pineapple chunks

2 cups grapes (red and green), halved

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 oranges, peeled and segmented

1 cup blueberries

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish


- Instructions :


Prepare the fruit:

Wash and dry all fruit. Shell and slice strawberries, cube watermelon, cut pineapple into chunks, halve grapes, peel and slice kiwis, peel and segment oranges.

Make the dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey (if using) until well combined

Layer the salad:

In a large glass bowl or clear serving dish, start by layering watermelon cubes on the bottom.

Add a layer of pineapple chunks, followed by strawberry slices, grape halves, kiwi slices, orange segments, and blueberries.
