Ground Chicken: 2 lb pounds 

Red Peppers: ½ cup, finely chopped 

Feta Cheese: ⅓ cup, crumbled 

Fresh Spinach: 1 cup, chopped 

Panko Crumbs: ⅓ cup 

Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Dried Oregano: 2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper: ¼ teaspoon for a bit of spice

Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon 


- Instructions :


Prepare the Burger Mix: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, red peppers, feta, spinach, panko, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Gently combine without overmixing.


Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6 to 8 patties, depending on your preferred size.


Cook: Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat, 5-7 minutes each side, until fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F).



Serve: Enjoy these burgers with sliced cucumber and additional spinach for a refreshing twist. They’re perfect alone or on whole-grain buns.
